Application background
In dispensing system, the heights of work pieces are different. It is hard to precisely locate the dispensing height using the traditional method. Therefore, we could not determine the position of dispensing head to realize automatic dispense. Our LDS could be a wise choice to realize the non-contact and high-precision on-line measurement.
Measurement scheme
There is a camera on the dispenser for location and a LDS to get the dispensing height. The measured data are transmitted to IPC to help realizing automatic dispense.
