During the process of raising train speed, the requirementfor the safety of railway is also improved. The traditional fasteners measuring system can’t meet the requirements of the high-speed railway.
Measurement scheme
We use structured light + machine vision and direction field + GPU parallel processing methods to detect the position of fasteners. Our products have high detecting speed (500km/h) as well as high accuracy (90%). They are waterproof, dustproof, easy to maintain, and have been used in Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.
Detecting System and Its Principle
Principle
l Use structured light + machine vision to obtain the position signal of fasteners, and trigger the image acquisition directly.
l Open the LED to illuminate. A high-speed industrial camera will take the picture of the whole detecting region.
l Obtain the detecting result after transmitting and processing several acquired images concurrently.
l After the on-line detection, judge and confirm the solved images off-line to ensure the accuracy.
